Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after we receive your order confirmation email. This period does not include weekends and public holidays. After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order tracking information and the courier company.

Note that the order processing period does not include the actual delivery period, which may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you used when making the order.
